1. Delivery
Glitzy Angel is based in the UK and provides fast delivery… Worldwide!
*PLEASE NOTE* - From 12:00 on Friday 30 July - 23:59 on Saturday 31 July - we will be performing maintenance on our website. This should not affect services - however there may be a slight delay of up to 24 hrs before we can process your order. Our Express Delivery services are therefore unavailable until 00:00 on Sunday 1 August (for delivery on Tuesday 3 August). We apologise for any inconvenience.
Orders received before 14:00 Monday to Friday or 10:00 Saturday will be dispatched on the same day
Orders received after these times may have to be dispatched on the following day
Delivery and dispatch days exclude Sundays and bank holidays

Delivery is selected at the checkout stage before entering payment:
United Kingdom
Standard UK Delivery – £2 – arrives 1–3 days after dispatch Monday – Saturday
Express Delivery – £5 – arrives on the next day Monday – Friday (Order before 14:00 Mon–Thur, or 10:00 Sat)
Saturday Express Delivery – £7 – arrives on the next Saturday (Order before 14:00 Friday)

Discount UK Delivery – £1 – arrives within 5 days after dispatch
Express Delivery for £3 and Saturday Express Delivery for £5
European Union
European (EU) Delivery – £5.50 – usually arrives within 3–4 working days after dispatch
Express Delivery – £6 – usually arrives within 2–3 working days after dispatch
Discount Delivery – £4 – is available for some products
Rest of Europe
European (Non-EU) Delivery – £6 – usually arrives within 4 working days after dispatch
Express Delivery – £7 – usually arrives within 3 working days after dispatch
Discount Delivery – £5 – is available for some products
Rest of World
Worldwide Delivery – £8.50 – usually arrives within 5 working days after dispatch
Express Delivery to USA, Canada, Brazil, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Malaysia & Singapore – £9
- usually arrives within 4 working days after dispatch
Discount Delivery – £6 – is available for some products
We will always do our very best to ensure that your products reach you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. We wouldn't dream of sending you a product that hasn't been carefully checked and neatly placed into a protective packet to avoid creases.
Please note we cannot absolutely guarantee that products will be delivered within these timescales as this is the responsibility of the postal services
We will email shipping confirmation shortly after your order has been dispatched to you
Deliveries to Non-EU countries and to The Channel Islands may incur Customs fees
Glitzy Angel is unable to pay these fees – this may also delay your delivery
We recommended that you check the amount that is likely to be incurred (usually there are no fees)
If you are making a large order or have any questions you are very welcome to contact us about delivery so that we can confirm details etc – we also offer delivery promotions.
2. Returns
You can shop with confidence at www.glitzyangel.co.uk as we offer an easy 7 Day Money Back Guarantee
We expect that you will be very pleased with your new products, but if something is not quite right for you then we can provide an exchange or refund.
If you would like to exchange or return a product:
- Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the product and before you send it back to us
- Please state your order number and exchange details or reason for return
- Please then return the unworn product in a fully saleable condition with all tags attached within 14 days of receipt
- If returning a SALE product for a refund please let us know as soon as possible and return within 7 days of receipt (we allow up to 10 days for Non-UK returns)
Our returns address and contact information will be included with your order
We cannot exchange or refund the following products for hygiene reasons: earrings, hair accessories
UK exchanges:
- We can dispatch your exchanged product with free delivery on receipt of the original product
- You can also request a faster delivery service
- If the exchanged product cost is different we will refund the difference or email a payment request
European & Worldwide exchanges:
- We require delivery payment to dispatch the exchanged product
Refunds:
- We refund your payment for the product as soon as it is received and checked
- We cannot refund delivery
- We cannot refund the cost of returning the item to us
Products are carefully inspected prior to dispatch from Glitzy Angel
This is to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition and to avoid any disappointment
Returned products must be in a fully saleable condition. They must be unworn, undamaged, complete (no part removed or permanently altered), with all labels and tags attached as when dispatched to you. Unworn means that the product has only been carefully tried-on, has no signs of wear or marks and has not come into contact with moisture, perfume, smoke or other odours. Please carefully place the product into its plastic packaging if you intend to return it.
We do have to carefully examine any exchanged/returned product using UV TECH to check for signs of wear or interference. If we cannot accept it due to its condition or if it is not the original product then we cannot issue an exchange or refund.
Please keep proof of postage until you have received your exchange/refund notification
We do try our utmost to provide you with accurate details, measurements and images of our products. Please do consider the sizing advice that is provided with some of our styles. Many of our dresses are adjustable and easy-fitting. We can always provide assistance before you make an order to ensure that you get the product that is most suitable for you, and you are very welcome to contact us for further details on any of our products and returns policy. We usually respond to enquiries within 1 hour.
