1. Delivery

Glitzy Angel is based in the UK and provides fast delivery… Worldwide!

Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday or 10am Saturday will be dispatched on the same day
Orders received after these times may have to be dispatched on the following day
Delivery and dispatch days exclude Sundays and bank holidays
You can ask a question about delivery or arrange delivery for a certain day

Delivery is selected at the checkout stage before entering payment:

United Kingdom
Standard Delivery£3 – arrives 1–3 days after dispatch (Mon–Sat)
Express Delivery£6 – next day (Saturday not guaranteed) – order before 3pm Mon–Fri, or 10am Sat
Saturday Express Delivery£9 – guaranteed to arrive on Saturday – order before 3pm Friday

Available for UK orders over £100:
£3 off your order with Standard Delivery - select delivery option with £3 discount applied to receive this discount
Or Express Delivery for only £4 and Saturday Express Delivery for only £7
Please note if your order is returned or becomes less than £100 the discount will be removed

Republic of Ireland
Standard Delivery£5.50 – usually arrives within 3–4 working days after dispatch
Express Delivery£7.50 – usually arrives within 2–3 working days after dispatch
Discount Delivery£4 – is available for some products

Standard Delivery£6 – usually arrives within 3–6 working days after dispatch
Express Delivery£7.50 – usually arrives within 2–4 working days after dispatch

Rest of World
Standard Delivery£8 – usually arrives within 5–7 working days after dispatch
Express Delivery to USA, Canada, Brazil, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Malaysia & Singapore – £9.50
- usually arrives within 4–6 working days after dispatch
Discount Delivery£6 – is available for some products

Please note we cannot absolutely guarantee that products will be delivered within these time-scales as this is the responsibility of the postal services

We will always do our very best to ensure that your products reach you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. We wouldn't dream of sending you a product that hasn't been carefully checked and neatly placed into a protective packet to avoid creases.

We will email shipping confirmation shortly after your order has been dispatched

Deliveries to Non EU countries and to The Channel Islands (UK) may incur Customs fees
This may delay your delivery - you may wish to check if any fees will be incurred (usually there are no fees)

2. Exchanges & Returns

Shopping with confidence at glitzyangel.co.uk...

We expect that you will be very pleased with your new products, but if something is not quite right for you then we can provide an exchange or refund for returned products.

If you would like to return a product for an exchange or refund
- Simply notify us within 7 days of receipt and before the product is received back to our returns address
- Please remember to state your order number and include exchange details or the reason for return
- We may not reply to notifications immediately so please do not wait for our response before returning the product
UK ORDERS
- Please return the product within 10 days of receipt. Please return SALE products within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges are delivered for free.
NON UK ORDERS
- Please return the product within 14 days of receipt. Please return SALE products within 10 days of receipt. Exchanges to Non UK addresses require delivery payment.

Please use the Glitzy Angel Exchange/Return Slip and address sticker enclosed in the parcel

Please send products in good time in case of postal delays. We recommend that you keep proof of postage until you have received your exchange or refund notification.

We cannot exchange or refund the following products if hygiene seals have been removed: swimwear
We cannot exchange or refund the following products for hygiene reasons if the product has been removed from its clear packaging: earrings, hair accessories

Further contact information and our returns address are provided during the checkout stage (before payment and confirmation of order) and will also be included on your receipt.

Please note:
We can only exchange or refund returned products that reach us in a fully saleable condition, with no signs of wear and with all tags intact. We are unable to accept returns not notified within 7 days from date of receipt, or if the product is received after the number of days stated above unless the delay is caused by the postal service.

UK exchanges
- We will dispatch your exchanged product with free delivery on receipt of the original product and once checked
- We are also able to arrange next day delivery - please notify us if would like to purchase this service
- If the exchanged product cost is different we will refund the difference or email a payment request

European & Worldwide exchanges
- We require delivery payment to dispatch the exchanged product

Refunds
- We will refund your payment for the product as soon as it is received and checked - please allow up to 3 days during busy periods
- Refunds may then take up to 4 days to reach your account
- We cannot refund delivery
- We cannot refund the cost of returning the item to us

Products are carefully inspected prior to dispatch from Glitzy Angel
This is to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition and to avoid any disappointment

Returned products must be in a fully saleable condition. They must be unworn, undamaged, complete (no part removed or permanently altered), with all labels and tags attached as when dispatched to you. Unworn means that the product has only been carefully tried-on, has no signs of wear or marks and has not come into contact with moisture, perfume, smoke or other odours. Please carefully place the product into its plastic packaging if you intend to return it.

We do have to carefully examine any exchanged/returned product using UV TECH to check for signs of wear or interference. If we cannot accept it due to its condition or if it is not the original product then we cannot issue an exchange or refund.

We do try our utmost to provide accurate details, measurements and images of our products. Please do consider the sizing advice that is provided with some of our styles. Many of our dresses are adjustable and easy-fitting.
We will happily provide assistance before you make an order to ensure that you get the product that is most suitable for you, and you are very welcome to contact us for further details on any of our products and returns policy.
