More About Delivery

We want you to receive your new garments as soon as possible and without paying too much for delivery!

Please read the following information if you would like to know more about our delivery service and when your order will arrive

We dispatch orders Monday – Saturday
We cannot dispatch or deliver on Sundays or bank holidays as no services are available.

We will prepare your order as soon as we receive notification from PayPal or Google Checkout. It may take a few moments for your notification to be received and in the case of Google Checkout this takes 15 minutes.

Orders received Monday – Friday before 14:00 will be dispatched on the same day
Orders received after 14:00 but before 16:00 are usually dispatched on the same day but we cannot guarantee this.

Orders received on Saturdays before 10:00 will be dispatched on the same day
Orders received after 10:00 but before 11:00 are usually dispatched on the same day but we cannot guarantee this.

Please remember that if you order a next day delivery service after these times or on Sundays or bank holidays then we will dispatch on the next working day and your order will then arrive on the day after this.

For UK delivery
Discount and Standard Delivery services deliver Monday – Saturday
Discount Delivery £1 is a low cost option (when available) and arrives within 5 days after dispatch
Standard Delivery £2 is our fast delivery service that usually arrives within 1–2 days after dispatch
Express Delivery £5 delivers on the next day after dispatch Monday – Friday only, before 13:00 in most areas
Express Saturday Delivery £7 delivers on the next Saturday

If you have requested Express Saturday Delivery to a business or work address - Please make sure that the business is open and accessible by the postal service until at least 13:00

For European & Worldwide delivery
Delivery days and conditions will depend on the services in your country and the delivery option that you select
Delivery to Western Europe and EU countries will usually take 2–4 working days
Delivery to Eastern Europe and Non-EU countries will usually take 3–5 working days
Delivery to other worldwide locations including the USA will usually take 4–6 working days

If I want something for the weekend what should I do?
We would always recommend using our Standard Delivery (£2) for UK orders as this is low-cost and very quick – takes 1 day usually. If you make your order on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday then it should arrive by Friday. However, if you require a guaranteed service or are ordering on Thursday (before 14:00) then you can use Express Delivery and this will arrive on the next working day, Monday – Friday.

What happens on Thurday night/Friday morning if I want my garment delivered for Saturday?
Our Express Saturday Delivery guarantees delivery on Saturday for you. This express service allows you to order as late as 14:00 on Friday and your order will arrive on the Saturday. We have to charge more for this service as it is an expensive service for us to provide for you.
If you would like a cheaper option then you can select our Standard Delivery – however this is not guaranteed for Saturday but does usually arrive within 1 day.
Please note our other Express Delivery service is only guaranteed for delivery on Monday – Friday, and so this service should not be used for delivery on Saturday (orders made after 14:00 on Thursday with this delivery service will arrive on the Monday).

What happens if I need delivery on a certain day when I’ll be at home?
You can request delivery on a certain day and we can arrange this for you using a guaranteed delivery service. Just email us or leave a message before you order and we would be happy to provide more information and confirm this for you.
We can also deliver to a work address for you.

What happens to orders made Saturday after 10:00 or on Sundays?
We will dispatch these orders on the Monday. Express Delivery and our other delivery services will therefore arrive on the Tuesday or afterwards.

If the unimaginable does happen and you do not receive your order when expected please let us know. We are normally able to track the location of the package – please note this may take over 1 week and longer for non-UK orders – we cannot take any further action until this process is complete.
