Returning Products

UK Returns (updated April 2016)

Returning products via Royal Mail / Post Office is usually the cheapest and easiest option. For large parcels such as jackets or multiple dresses we recommend considering myHermes - check for parcel shops in your area or home collection service.

For returns from outside of UK please see advice at bottom of page.

Royal Mail pricing is based on parcel size and weight so we advise that you carefully pack the product, using a protective envelope or strong plastic mailbag. Please check the guide to Royal Mail pricing and parcel sizing, or check the myHermes service information for larger parcels. Pricing may change without notice so you may wish to check or for updates.

Royal Mail

First Class service usually delivers within 1-2 working days and automatically provides £20 insurance, or £50 if recorded Signed For is requested (extra £1.10).  You must ask for and retain a free Proof of Postage receipt from the Post Office.  Pricing for First Class is shown below. We do not recommend using Signed For or Special Delivery services; however, you may wish to consider these for peace of mind if the parcel is of significant value.

If larger than Small Parcel or over 2kg, the Post Office will use Medium Parcel, which is more costly.  We recommend myHermes in this case.

myHermes operate a convenient parcel service ideal for parcels that are slightly too bulky or heavy for Royal Mail to handle cheaply. Pay for the parcel service online and then take the parcel to a nearby drop-off centre or arrange to have it collected from you.  Pricing is currently similar to Second Class Royal Mail but usually a day quicker and provides free full tracking (without signature) ( Delivery times are approx 2-3 working days so please send the parcel in good time so that it does not reach us outside of our returns period.

Non UK Returns

We recommend using whatever reasonable mail service is available to send the parcel back to the UK. For non European Union countries, please make sure that a customs label is on the parcel (usually the postal service will provide a label and assist you). Please send the parcel as soon as possible in case it is delayed.
