This website has been set-up for those who love fashion, where garments and accessories come at low prices! We want to provide you with a friendly and altogether delightful experience when you use our website and receive our products. We understand that people want to know about us, what we do, and how we do it, and we also need to know that you understand how we operate this website. We have formed Terms & Conditions for you to read and to understand what you need to know about your purchase.
1. General1.1 You must read, understand, agree to, and accept these Terms & Conditions each time you complete an order from this website. If you use this website on behalf of anyone else then you are confirming that you have authority and consent to act on their behalf and that you also accept the Terms & Conditions on behalf of them as well as you.
1.2 Please note the following definitions:
“Website” refers to www.glitzyangel.co.uk and any of its content
“We”, “Us” or “Our” refers to Glitzy Angel or the individuals who run this website
“You” or “Your” refers to the individual who is using this website and anyone who receives our products or services thereafter
“Order” refers to a purchase of products or services from this website
2.1 When you make an order, you will be able to view the contents of your shopping bag. You should check this before proceeding through checkout.
Please click here if you are having any problems at the checkout such as error messages or out-of-stock notifications
2.2 Delivery is added to your shopping bag at the checkout – please see Delivery & Returns for delivery prices etc.
2.3 Your order will be processed once you have completed the payment transaction. Products in your shopping bag are still available to other buyers until this is complete.
2.4 Payments are managed by PayPal or Google Checkout – both provide secure, simple & fast online purchasing with full buyer protection. Voucher codes can only be used with PayPal
2.5 When your order is complete:
- You will receive email confirmation of your order details and shipping/billing address
- You will receive email confirmation of payment from PayPal or Google Checkout
Please check both emails – if there is a mistake with your order please contact us immediately.
We will process your order and then dispatch the products as quickly as we can
- You will receive email confirmation when your order has been dispatched
2.6 You are entitled under Distance Selling Regulations to a period of 7 days should you wish to exchange or return products bought from this website.
- We therefore recommend that you carefully check your products within 7 days of receiving them to make sure that they are suitable, including the size/style/colour/condition etc
- If you need to make an exchange/return you must inform us within 7 days of receipt and then return the garment to our Returns Address within 14 days of receipt. We can allow slightly longer than 14 days for overseas returns if the return shipping is delayed
- Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings and hair accessories for hygiene reasons
- SALE products must be returned within 7 days if a refund is requested
Products are very carefully checked prior to dispatch and also if exchanged or returned. They must be unworn, with all tags attached, and in a fully saleable condition for an exchange or refund to be given.

2.7 In the unlikely event that you have placed an order and we are unable to provide part or all of your order we will contact you and refund as appropriate, or at your request we can provide an alternative product. Refunds can take up to 5 days to be credited by PayPal or Google Checkout.

3. Disclaimer and Non-Liability3.1 This section of the Terms & Conditions forms a disclaimer between you and us. You must read, understand, agree to, and accept the details of this disclaimer in full before completing an order.
3.2 We source our products from leading UK companies/wholesalers, such as Lipsy, TFNC, who provide good quality products and who conform to trading standards and to the relevant British Standards (BS) required to be met, by law, by the products that they and subsequently we trade, to the best of our knowledge.
3.3 You are invited to carefully and thoroughly check your products during the 7 days following receipt to make sure that they are correct and suitable. You must identify within this period of 7 days any cases of what you consider to be unacceptable damage (excluding that caused from your own handling/wear), significant imperfections, signs of poor quality or faults with your products. You accept that this period of 7 days would be considered a reasonable amount of time for you to check your products and report to us any such imperfections/faults/signs of poor quality etc.
3.4 You confirm that following the use of this website and the receipt of products (this also includes any packaging, polythene bags, sharp objects etc) and any services made available to you from us, you are accepting full liability for any associated loss and injury of yours, and that of any third party or organisation thereafter. You are granting us and our suppliers exemption from any financial and other liability in any way to you and any third party or organisation, following any loss, injury, death, damage and disruption of any kind to you, any third party, or any organisation in any way. This exemption includes any form of use, possession, handling or receipt of any of our products and services, and at any time, in any way and in any circumstances.
3.5 This disclaimer does not expire.
4. Your Responsibilities4.1 Payment of orders through debit/credit cards must be done by the individual who owns the credit/debit card or has permission to use it. Unauthorised payments will not result in an order being processed.
