This website has been created for those who love fashion, where garments and accessories come at low prices! We want to provide you with a friendly and altogether delightful experience when you use our website and receive our products. We understand that people want to know about us, what we do, and how we do it, so we have provided the important information about your purchase from www.glitzyangel.co.uk in these Terms & Conditions.
1. General Info1.1 Please note the following definitions:

“We”, “Us” or “Our” refers to Glitzy Angel or the owner(s) of this website
“You” or “Your” refers to any individual who uses this website and anyone who receives our products or services
“Order” refers to a purchase of products or services from this website.
1.2 You must accept these Terms & Conditions before you complete an order from this website. If using this website on behalf of anyone else you must have authority and consent to act on their behalf and accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of them also. If you do not understand these Terms & Conditions please contact us for further information.
2. Making your Order
2.1 Please check that your shopping bag contains the products you wish to order prior to entering checkout.

2.2 Delivery is added at checkout stage 2 – please see Delivery & Returns for further delivery details.
2.3 Your order will be processed once the payment transaction is completed. Products are still available to other buyers until then.
2.4 Payments are managed by PayPal or Google Checkout – both provide secure, simple & fast online purchasing with full buyer protection.
2.5 When your order is complete you will receive email confirmation of your order details and your payment. Please check both emails – if there is a mistake with your order please contact us immediately. You will also receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched. Please make sure that you can receive our emails and that mail@glitzyangel.co.uk is added as a safe sender and not 'junk'!
2.6 In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you and refund as appropriate, or at your request provide an alternative product. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order on time we will investigate with the relevant mail service. 15 working days is required before we can confirm the location of undelivered UK orders and 21 days for non UK orders.
3. Exchanges, Returns, or Cancellation of an Order
3.1 You are entitled under UK Distance Selling Regulations to information about us and the conditions of your order and also a period of 7 days should you wish to cancel your order
3.2 Our business name is Glitzy Angel and our business address (for correspondence and postal returns) is displayed at the checkout stage before entering payment. If you wish to view it now please click here.
3.3 Your receipt will also provide details of your order including the total cost, our contact details, returns address and returns and cancellation policy.

3.5 We ask that you carefully check your products within 7 days of receipt to make sure that they are suitable and the correct size, style, colour etc.
3.6 If you wish to return a product for an exchange or refund please notify us by email, using our message system, or by phone, within 7 days of receiving the product and before we receive it back to our returns address. Please do not delay in sending the product as we do not always respond to notifications immediately. For UK orders we ask that the product is returned (in its packaging) to reach us within 10 days of receipt (7 days for SALE products). An extra 3 days is permitted for Non UK orders.
3.7 Exchanges or refunds will be processed immediately once products are received and checked and are in a fully saleable condition. Keep your Proof of Postage receipt until you receive your exchange or refund notification. It may take up to 4 working days for refunds to reach your account. Unfortunately we cannot pay return postage or delivery costs, but we do not charge to send an exchanged product to UK addresses.
3.8 You have a duty of care for products when they are delivered to your address. Any prior loss or damage caused by the postal service must be notified immediately and you must retain all packaging and evidence of damage and follow procedures specified by us.
3.9 If returning a product, it must be kept carefully wrapped and protected at all times to avoid damage, marks, or contact with moisture, smoke or other odours.
3.10 We cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain products if hygiene seals are removed or if the product has been taken out of its sealed packaging (clear). This applies to: swimwear, underwear, earrings, hair accessories.
3.11 Products are carefully checked prior to dispatch and also if returned. For an exchange or refund to be given, products must be in a fully saleable condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. They must not have come into contact with moisture, perfume, smoke or other odours.
3.12 For special offers (such as promotional/free products) you must accept the conditions of the offer. These are fair and clearly presented with the offer. If you accept these Terms & Conditions at the checkout you are also accepting any additional conditions relating to an offer.
3.13 You can also choose to cancel your order under conditions contained in Distance Selling Regulations (UK only). If so, you must provide notice of order cancellation in writing or by email within 7 working days of receipt and then return the product in a fully saleable condition as soon as possible. We will fully refund your order after receipt of the product. Return postage costs will not be refunded. Orders cancelled in this way can take up to 30 days to refund. If the product is not returned in a reasonable amount of time we reserve the right to arrange collection of the product at your cost. If it is not in a fully saleable condition we cannot refund the order.
4. Disclaimer and Non-Liability
4.1 This section of the Terms & Conditions forms a disclaimer between you and us. You must accept this disclaimer in full before completing your order. Your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions signifies that you agree to this disclaimer.
4.2 We source our products from leading UK companies/wholesalers, such as Lipsy, TFNC, who provide good quality products and who conform to the relevant British/EU Standards required to be met, by law, to the best of our knowledge.
4.3 You are invited to carefully check your products during the 7 days following receipt to make sure that they are correct and suitable. You must identify within this period of 7 days any cases of what you consider to be unacceptable damage (excluding that caused from your own handling/wear), significant imperfections, signs of poor quality or faults with your products. You accept that this period of 7 days would be considered a reasonable amount of time for you to check your products and report to us any such imperfections, faults, or signs of poor quality. You accept that a period no longer than 30 days from receipt is a reasonable amount of time for us to cover any corrections with your product or order.
4.4 You agree that following an order (this includes, but not limited to, the receipt of products, packaging, polythene bags, sharp objects, and services made available to you, or a third party), you are accepting immediate and full liability for any associated loss, injury, death, damage or disruption of yours, or that of any third party's, which may arise thereafter. You are therefore granting us and our suppliers exemption from any financial or other liability to you, or to any third party, in any way or in any circumstances.
4.5 This disclaimer does not expire.
5. Your Responsibilities
5.1 Payment of orders through debit/credit cards must be done by the individual who owns the credit/debit card or has permission to use it. Unauthorised payments will result in the order being declined and details passed to the relevant authorities.
