How long does delivery from take?

Orders from are dispatched at the first opportunity and always on the same day (Monday - Saturday) if before our dispatch time. Our dispatch times are: Mon-Fri until 3pm; Sat until 10am. Usually we continue to dispatch for 1-2 hours after these times but we cannot guarantee this during busy periods. We cannot dispatch or deliver on Sundays (orders after 10am on Saturdays will be dispatched on the following Monday).

UK orders with our Standard Delivery arrive within 1-3 working days (Mon -Sat).

Express Delivery (UK) guarantees delivery for the next working day (Mon-Fri) if ordered before our dispatch time. If the next day is a Saturday, our Express Delivery is not guaranteed, but it is still very likely to arrive on the Saturday.

We also have Saturday Express Delivery (UK) that is guaranteed to arrive on Saturdays. Due to the additional cost of providing this service we have to charge slightly more, therefore we usually recommend simply using Express Delivery unless it is absolutely essential that your order arrives on a Saturday.

Delivery times to Non UK destinations vary by country. As a guide:

Ireland, Denmark: 3-4 working days
Express Delivery: 2-3 working days

Western Europe and EU countries: 3-5 working days
Express Delivery (where available): 2-4 working days

Eastern Europe: 3-6 working days
Express Delivery (where available): 3-4 working days

USA, Canada & Australasia: 5-7 working days
Express Delivery (where available): 4-6 working days

Rest of World: 5-8 working days
Express Delivery (where available): 4-7 working days.

I have seen a dress that I like, but it is showing as sold out - how can I order this product?

Dresses on are competitively priced and we work hard to keep new dress styles coming in to our store each day from our suppliers such as Lipsy and Elise Ryan. Dresses can sell out very quickly, therefore if a dress is showing as sold out then it is unlikely that we can restock. However you are welcome to get in touch with our team and enquire about availabilities. If some sizes are showing as available then there is a good chance of us being able to restock your size. ***We cannot stock an more of the Elise Ryan one shoulder chiffon dress in pink/white, pink, ivory or nude unfortunately***

How do I return a product for exchange or refund?

Returns at are easy. We can also deliver exchanges for free (UK).

For an exchange for another size or style, or for a refund, please let us know by email, message or phone within 7 days of receiving the product. You only need to state your order number and exchange details or reason for return. Please do not wait for a response from our team - simply send the product to our returns address, to reach us within 10 days of receipt, or within 7 days of receipt for SALE products (For non UK returns, please return products within 14 days of receipt, or within 10 days of receipt for SALE products). An address sticker is included in your parcel.

When posting products, request a 'proof of postage' receipt from the postal office. You do not need to use recorded delivery for returns via Royal Mail as this is simply an unnecessary additional expense. However, for returns valued significantly over £50 you should consider recording or using special delivery.

How can I get help with sizing?

Deciding on the right dress size for a dress on is actually a lot easier than you might think. We all know that dresses often fit a little differently from style to style and between brands. Perhaps you prefer a little more room in one area or are not sure if a dress will suit your shape.

Please note that we work hard to check each and every style and size to provide measurements and assistance for Glitzy Angel customers. When we feel that it will be helpful, we put guide measurements on product listings. These are accurate and are there to help you.

If you are having any difficulty deciding on the right size, we warmly welcome you to get in touch with our team for advice. We also have some size guide tools that may help. It is often best if you can take your own measurements. You should try to be as accurate as possible, and you can even use a piece of string and a ruler if you do not have a measuring tape - please see our size guide to help with measurements.

Many of our dresses are easy fitting and loose around the hips and waist. Therefore normally you only need to consider the bust measurement.

How can I model for or work at a fashion photoshoot?

We are always looking for models, hair stylists, make-up artists, and photographers for our fashion photoshoots. Often we go to a location such as a castle for our modelling, so it is always a lot of fun and a good experience for portfolios etc. We are happy to work with new and up-and-coming models as well as experienced models. We only ask that you are suited to fashion modelling and preferably with some previous experience or a portfolio.
