We expect that you will be very pleased with your new products, but if something is not quite right for you then you can return the product to us and we can provide an exchange or refund.

Please remember to let us know about a return within 7 days of receipt and before the product is received back to our returns address. This also makes it much quicker and easier for us to arrange your exchange or refund.

Products are carefully inspected prior to dispatch from Glitzy Angel
This is to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition and to avoid any disappointment. Products are also individually micro-coded so that we can identify them if returned.

Returned products must be in a fully saleable condition. They must be unworn, undamaged, complete (no part removed or permanently altered), with all labels and tags attached as when dispatched to you. Unworn means that the product has only been carefully tried-on, and has no signs of wear or marks and has not come into contact with moisture, perfume, smoke or other odours.

Please place the product into its plastic packaging if you intend to return it as this will keep it in perfect condition.

Please return products in a suitable envelope to avoid damage and please do not put paperwork or other articles inside the clear plastic garment bag as this may mark the garment. You do not need to use a recorded delivery or special delivery service for returns, but we strongly recommend that you request a proof of postage receipt (from the Post Office or courier/mail service). If we do not receive the product or if it has been damaged then we cannot provide an exchange or refund.

We do have to carefully examine any exchanged/returned product using UV TECH to check for signs of wear or interference. If we cannot accept it due to its condition or if it is not the original product then we cannot issue an exchange or refund.

Please keep proof of postage until you have received your exchange/refund notification

We process exchanges/refunds as soon as the returned product is received and checked - please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed during busy periods. Refunded payments usually take 1 to 3 banking days to be returned to your credit/debit card or bank account - please note that this can take up to 5 days for some cards/accounts.

Please remember to check your products during the 7 days following receipt
If you are not at home when the first delivery attempt is made and you receive your products at a later date, we can only then allow up to a maximum of 10 days from the first delivery attempt for you to contact us about a return. We ask that all returns are received within 14 days of the first delivery attempt.

If you are buying a product as a gift and would like a gift receipt or a little longer for exchanges/returns then please let us know before you make your purchase. We may be able to extend this for you.

If your order included more than one product or qualified for a promotion (such as a delivery discount or promotional product) and you wish to return a product – you may no longer qualify for the promotion and you may receive your refund minus the promotional amount.

If the unimaginable happens and there is a problem with your order please inform us immediately. Please note that you must identify within 7 days of receipt any cases of what you consider to be unacceptable damage (excluding that caused from your own handling/wear), significant imperfections, signs of poor quality or faults with your products. We are unable to make any corrections or take any action beyond 30 days from receipt.
