This website has been created for those who love fashion at low prices! We aim to provide a friendly and delightful experience when you use our website and receive our products. We understand that people want to know about us, what we do, and how we do it, so we have provided the important information about your purchase in these Terms & Conditions.
1. General Information
1.1 Please note the following definitions:

“We”, “Us” or “Our” refers to the Glitzy Angel team (owners of website).
“You” or “Your” refers to any individual who uses or who may receive products or services from this website.
“Order” refers to purchase of products or services from this website.
1.2 You must accept these Terms & Conditions before you complete an order from this website. If using this website on behalf of anyone else you must have authority and consent to act on their behalf and accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of them also. If you do not understand these Terms & Conditions please contact us for further information.
2. Making your Order
2.1 Stated below is a summary of key information about Glitzy Angel and the conditions of your order and to help you manage exchanges or returns.
2.2 Our business name is Glitzy Angel and our business address (for correspondence and postal returns) is displayed at the checkout stage before entering payment. If you wish to view it please click here.
2.3 Please check that your shopping bag contains the products you wish to order prior to entering checkout. Delivery is added at checkout stage 2 – please see Delivery & Returns for further delivery details. Payments are managed by PayPal, providing secure, simple & fast online purchasing with full buyer protection.
2.4 Your order will be processed once your payment transaction is completed. You will then receive an order confirmation email and payment confirmation email. *We advise that you check both emails - you may need to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list to ensure that it is not going to 'junk mail'!*. Orders are processed quickly so please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes. You will receive email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
2.5 In the very unlikely event that we cannot completely fulfil your order we will contact you and refund as appropriate. With your consent, we can provide an alternative product, in which case your order will be processed with the new product details. In the very unlikely event that you do not receive your order on time we will investigate with the relevant mail service. Up to 15 working days is required before we can confirm the location of undelivered UK orders and 20 working days for non UK orders.
3. Exchanges, Returns, or Cancellation of an Order

3.2 Your receipt and dispatch confirmation email will provide details of your order including: total payment; our contact details; returns address; returns policy.
3.3 When you receive your order, please carefully check your products to make sure that they are suitable (the correct size, style, colour, condition etc).
3.4 If you wish to return a product for an exchange or refund please notify us (by email/message) or by phone, and send the order back to us. Please do not delay in sending the product - we may not respond to notifications immediately. We ask that the product reaches us within 14 days of receipt in order to receive a refund.
3.5 Exchanges or refunds will be processed immediately once products are received and checked, provided that they are in a fully saleable condition. We advise that you keep your Proof of Postage receipt until you receive your exchange or refund notification. It will take up to 7 days for the refund to be processed and a further 4 working days for refund to reach your account. Unfortunately we cannot pay return postage or delivery costs, but we do not charge to send an exchanged product to UK or Irish addresses. *Note that we reserve the right to reject returns that have not been notified or returned within the above time-scales*
3.6 You have a duty of care for products when they are delivered to you. Therefore any prior loss or damage caused by the delivery service must be notified immediately and you must retain all packaging and evidence of damage and follow procedures specified by us.
3.7 If returning a product, it must be kept carefully wrapped and protected at all times to avoid damage, marks, contact with moisture, smoke or odours.
3.8 We cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain products if hygiene seals are removed or if the product has been taken out of its sealed packaging (clear). This applies to: swimwear, underwear, earrings, hair accessories.
3.9 Products are carefully checked prior to dispatch and also if returned. For an exchange or refund to be given, products must be in a fully saleable condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. They must not have come into contact with moisture, perfume, smoke or other odours.
3.10 For special offers (such as promotional/free products) you must accept the conditions of the offer. These are fair and clearly presented with the offer. When accepting the Terms & Conditions at checkout you are also accepting any offer conditions.
3.11 You can also choose to cancel your order under Distance Selling Regulations (Europe only). If so, you must provide notice of order cancellation by filling out our cancellation form or email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt, and then return the product in a fully saleable condition back to us within 14 days. When cancelling your order, please state your name, address and order number, and that you wish to cancel your contract. We will refund your order after receipt of the product. Return postage costs will not be refunded. Orders cancelled in this way may take up to 30 days to refund. If the product is not returned in a reasonable amount of time we reserve the right to make arrangements to collect the product at your expense and deduct costs from any refund due.
4. Disclaimer and Non-Liability
4.1 This section of the Terms & Conditions forms a disclaimer between you and us. You must accept this disclaimer in full before completing your order. Your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions signifies that you accept this disclaimer.
4.2 We provide products sourced from UK/ROI suppliers who, to the best of our knowledge, conform to UK/EU Standards, required to be met by law,
4.3 You are invited to carefully check your products during the 7 days following receipt to make sure that they are correct and suitable. You must identify within this period of 7 days any cases of what you consider to be unacceptable damage (excluding that caused from your own handling/wear), significant imperfections, signs of poor quality or faults. You accept that this period of 7 days is a reasonable amount of time for you to check your products for suitability and report to us any such imperfections, faults, or signs of poor quality. You accept that a period no longer than 30 days from receipt is a reasonable amount of time for us to cover any corrections with your product or order.
4.4 You agree that following an order (including, but not limited to, the receipt of products, packaging, polythene bags, sharp objects, services, made available to you or a third party) you accept immediate and full liability for any associated loss (including, but not limited to, injury, damage, disruption or death) of yours, or that of any third party's, which may arise thereafter. In the event of any associated loss, you are therefore granting us and our suppliers exemption from any financial or other liability to you, or to any third party, in any way or in any circumstances.
4.5 This disclaimer does not expire.
5. Your Responsibilities
5.1 Payment of orders through debit/credit cards must be done by the individual who owns the credit/debit card or has permission to use it. Unauthorised payments will result in the order being declined and details passed to the relevant authorities.
